Limted paypal automatic transfer and euro/dollar
 

hello guys , i have paypal limted and 6 months passed , can i disable paypal automatic transfer to bank account after account limitation ,
when I try to update setting it gives me this :
(Why are automatic transfers used?
We can’t keep a balance in your PayPal account because of regulations in DZ. We automatically transfer any payments you receive on PayPal to your U.S. bank account or Visa card on the first of every month.)

I want to keep my money in Paypal until the value of dollar rise a little bit because my bank account is in euro ,

Not sure about regulations in DZ.
But i don't think you will be able to change the regulations if it's fully automatic.

Also, you can keep waiting for years until USD rises. It can go up-down anytime. :)
