PayPal account is asking for documents
 

I've had my ebay and paypal stealth account for over 10 years. I have my paypal account setup to make my monthly ebay payments. So my monthly payment to ebay was made on Wednesday, and the next day paypal was asking for me to sign up for this new cash account in order for me to withdraw my money. They asked me for my ssn and I put in a random number, and now they want documents. My ebay account so far is ok. I stopped selling on ebay because my paypal account is limited. What should I do? Should I make a new paypal account, and link it to my ebay account? Or should I start over from scratch? Thanks in advance for any feedback

Providing a random number will always lead to a limit on the account since they verify that info against the national database and verify it matches both the name and DOB you gave them as well as the address for the account.
Not much you can do about it now - that paypal is pretty much toast now.
Creating a new paypal will force you to face the same situation. You will NOT have the ability to send payments from it - its just the way US paypal accounts are these days.

I think is because of my bank account. I have BB&T and now it's changing to suntrust..
