PayPal just got permanently limited, no linked card / bank account
 

I can't add a card or a bank account now to my PayPal account which just got permanently limited. I read on here that I need to add a bank ASAP for withdrawal after 180 days but I'm unable to.

What should I do right now?

It's too late to do anything now. You'll have to wait the 180 days and then if Paypal hasn't taken all of your balance citing "AUP violations" then you have to (struggle to) add a bank account then to withdraw to. It's 20x harder to add a bank account after a limitation than it is before.

You may try to add a bank account (that you can withdraw your funds after 180 days). Some account can be added and the other can't. If you cant add it right now. You will have more trouble after 180 days like call to Paypal to verify some information.

As others have mentioned - you'll need to add a bank account after 180 days.
Personally, I never could change CC/banks when my PP was limited and 180 days haven't yet passed.
