Im an Idiot Any help?
 

I was suspended from eBay about 3 years ago. Two years ago my brother let me use his info to sell again and everything has been fine. I sold 44,000 last year and just finished paying my taxes. One think I did not notice is that I had my bank information on Paypal instead of my brothers. They just limited my account until I provide them with I.D, proof of address, and bank statement. I cant send them the bank statement because it will have my name on it. Am I totally screwed? My ebay is in great standing still. I just registered for managed payments but it wont go into affect for another 3 weeks.

Just provide what they're asking.

Download the statement, change the name on it and you're good. :)

Just wait it out for 3 weeks and your MP will eliminate the need for PayPal.
It'll take PayPal that long (or longer) to review your documents anyway, and there's probably only a 50/50 chance that they accept photoshop creative ones anyway.

My only problem is that I have a return at the moment that needs to be paid by July 6th and Paypal is not allowing me any returns. Any advice on this? I already emailed paypal and they told me to resolve the limitation and then they will do the refund. I tried doing the refund on eBay and it gives me an error.

You simply don't do the return. PayPal will refund your customer anyway due to inaction on your part (you can't refund so just ignore). They will deduct the money from held funds. You will have a strike on your Ebay account which sucks, but one strike doesn't do much harm. In three weeks, MP will solve your problems (let's hope)
