How do I refund a buyer while account is limited?
 

I was limited yesterday and there are asking for I.D, Proof of address, description of recent activity, and recent bank statement. I have a customer who I was supposed to refund by July 6th. They opened a case for Item not described and the item was just delivered. Since my account is limited I am not allowed to refund through Paypal. I tried to do the refund anyways on eBay and it gave me an error. Im wondering what will happen if I do not perform the refund on July 6th. How will eBay refund them the amount.
