Supplier Invoice From Another State?

Hi guys, i need to send paypal a supplier invoice of some items i sold.
If the items are shipped from China can i send them an invoice from a supplier in another State? Like that i payed a supplier in Italy for the items but they are shipped from China.

I think that'd be better that you have a local supplier invoice than giving them a Chinese one.

But they can see from the tracking that the packages are shipped from China, is that a problem?

Your supplier can be based in Italy, but have warehouses in China and etc.
I don't think that should be a prob.

I always send invoices from other countries in other currencys, so it is easier to belive that the items are cheaper. Does not work every time but i would say it is a 50-50 chance
