Eg. "14-year-old business account banned without reason. Legitimate business and products, satisfied customers, no policy violation. Could this be a mistake? Please investigate. Details in DM."
Lots of folks have had success especially if the suspension is through no fault of theirs.

I sent a letter to their head quarters in CA requesting a manual account review. I also asked for specific reasons/products that was the root cause of the account closure. I don't expect to receive a response but we will see.

Now, I can't even purchase on Ebay with the CCs that were linked to my PayPal account, it says "declined" when I call capitalone they said everything looks fine. PayPal claims "your purchase must have triggered a security whatever"... any idea how I can continue to buy on Ebay, other than use a different CC- I have used two but both were linked to my PP account when a seller does not offer google pay?

Call up your credit card company and get a free supplementary card in the name of a friend or family member. As long as the name and card number are different, PayPal won't ban the card, even if the mailing address is the same.

paypal nor eBay will never reveal the reason of account closure, it's always been like that
