Withdraw money from limited stealth PayPal after more than 180 days. Possible?
 

My account has been limited for more than 2 years now. I used a stealth paypal account(random name).

Back then i could withdraw via IBAN or via VISA card.

I had a stealth account before, it got limited, and i managed to withdraw the money through a Visa card(don't even remember where i got it, but i think it was through some Polish service/bank). It didn't go without problems though. I had to call Paypal quite a few times for them to process the withdrawal(i kept getting some bull**** errors).

Now i am wondering. Is this still possible? Or is my money lost forever?

I hadn't been limited due to any violation, just due to suspicious behavior and they required personal verificiation(which i obviously could not do).

I am willing to give a fair share of the account, if somebody helps me out with this and it works.

Please do not say it's impossible.

As I know, you can add a bank account for US and UK account to withdraw your funds. Do you face any issue when you add it to your Paypal account?

I would call them, or ask a caller to do so.

No i don't. I am not sure if prepaid Visa for withdrawals still work. I think there were new regulations in Europe so unsure if it's still possible or not... Maybe someone has experience?
