However, PayPal reset my password a few months back even though I never attempted to sign in during that time.
When I try to log in, I'm prompted to reset the password. I can receive a verification code sent to my email, but not a second code to my phone since the number is no longer in service.
I've chatted with support and the outsourced one is incompetent and kept giving me canned response. She sent me back to phone support whose automated system sent me to chat support in the first place.
How can I reset the password to request a withdrawal without access to the phone number? |
