Limited for Paypal F&F Help Please!

I got limited after more than a year of receiving paypal f&f payments. paypal wants

Upload a Photo ID
Provide proof of your address
Provide information on account Activity

what do I do now? there is a little over $100 on the account and I cannot withdraw.

F&F has been mentioned for many years in the forum that it is advised against using it.

I'd start over with a new account.

You wait 180 days and then you withdraw your funds.

Don't bother sending paypal anything, it will be a waste of your time.

Submitting the "laundry list" is unlikely to get any results.

As for withdrawal....no access to US bank account? Flag shows you are in the USA...

Just provide what they're asking. You can't somehow avoid it.
And be happy that it's only $100 stuck, not 10x that.

So much conflicting advice, even if I'm on the 180 day wait there is nothing stating that. Yes I'm "grateful" it's only a little over $100 but it's still wrong.

Oprtion1: Refund it and ask the buyer to send it to another PayPal Account of yours.
Option 2: Provide the docs

In general you should be able to witdraw but there are more and more cases of PP holding funds for violating TOS agreement these days
