Can't withdraw my Money
 

I have Permanent limited PP and got message that I'm able to withdraw the money from my account , but when I try to send the money to my VCC the system gives error and appear white screen and nothing else . When gives refresh on the page , error message appear and tells me "internal error , please try again later " This is happening for more than a month .
I tried to add a bank account , but the system gives error as well ,saying "we cannot add yoru bank account at the moment "
Tried to message them many times and receive only automatic answers ,and when replay to them , nobody respond to me . I have sent more than 50 messages and no any answer .
I tried to find some phone number to call them but no any actual numbers.
I don't know what to do .
I have 5k GBP blocked and can not take it .
Please help .

Try to send to someone else and ask them to withdraw the money

Are you logging in with the same IP and cookies you used for account creation? These are the errors somebody gets if he tries to steal money from a Paypal account.

Simple answer: Login every day and click random links within Paypal for 30 days but never try to use the money. And then try again 1 single time in 30 days, if it sitll not work, wait another 7 days, then try 1 time and so on. Even better if you install the Paypal app on your mobile and wait/login.

If it still does not work, send support tickets and be ready to get your account limited and asked for verification.

Not gonna work.

@OP, just to clarify - have you tried different browser as an option? PP is pretty bad at replying these days - in fact, ppl were telling me that they seem to reply quicker on fb on ig but I can't confirm this as I haven't tried

I have change the IP with new one and use new computer to log in . Also changed my phone number , because the old one was not working anymore .
I tried different browsers . I tried to send the money to other PP account , but because I have limitation , it doesn't work .

Hi,
could you provide the first 6 digits of the cards which is linked to the account, the currency you are trying to withdraw and the country of the pp acc? most likley the card is recognzed as another currency than your paypal account is. that's when this error happens

the card number are : 453755..... the money are in GBP and the account is in UK .

it seems like the card is canadian. i had the same problem when i added an EUR card to a UK account. when i tryed to withdraw the screen turned white.

i am 99% sure it is a card issue. do you have a VBA or can you tell at least the provider of the card? i can recomend openeing a revolut account. the withdraw works perfectly on it

Yeah, the errors are actually happening because of all those changes. I dont know why people recommend to use different browser, different IPs? So, Paypal should think your account got hacked? These errors show up because the AFS got triggered. Same browser, same IP, same cookies = success.

But as your account is already limited.... yeah you need to get the limit removed and wait 180 days probably if its permanently limited.

if paypal cant proceed a request due security concerns it tells you.

OP stated clearly that the limitation is already removed. if not it would say "There is a problem with your account". The white screen is a bug with the missmatching currencys of the cards

Nope, Paypal actually not really telling you, its always "try later", "not at the moment".

Try using money, send it as F&F, try to buy something for $10, donate to wikipedia. Doesnt work? Yeah because AFS triggered because Paypal thinks you are not the owner.

180 days expired 2 months ago .
What is my option , when I send messages and nobody respond and cannot find any active phone number to talk with somebody .

I can't send money or make payment because the account is limited .
Nobody respond to my messages . Also no phone call at the moment . Don't know what to do .

You shouldn't have used a new computer, IP etc.
This usually further locks the account down.

A limited account can only be withdrawn to a bank account or with a mail in check.

I tried to add VBA but no success .Gives me error as saying "we cannot add yoru bank account at the moment "

I had the same problem when i wanted to add bank to mine account (it was not limited) I was logging from different ip and there was error when i add a bank, later i log in from static ip and also same PC after some time i did add my bank to mine paypal account.

So if you are in different country you might try using server and try to add bank account after few weeks.

It has to be a bank correlated to the country of the account. USA bank + USA acc . for example.

ALso, VBA just like virtual numbers are VERY iffy nowadays.
