I bought limited PayPal acc (?!)
 

Hi guys,
glad that I discovered this website, looking forward to increasing my knowledge.

I bought PayPal middleman accounts from another site, none of them is available to send or accept money. Are they crap quality or am I doing something wrong? After logging in and entering the US phone number, the account is limited. I don't have access to the ID or driving license.
Of course I use a proxy close to the address of the owner, cookies and user agent.

I have looked at this forum and can see a lot of vendors. Do these accounts will be able to receive and send money? I suspect that they are of better quality than what I bought.

Ask the original seller about what is going on.

Most sellers here offer better quality and also, I guess you can open a public dispute (not sure how moderators act here, could be that they delete your complaint) if something goes wrong.

There are many people saying that after your first sale, your account gets limited, however, what I have noticed after opening 30+ accounts, the closer your IP is to address, the better your added bank account and cc is, the less your account gets limited.

Real case example: I did 2x France Paypal accounts, good IP, good address, warm up with spending $50 a week for 3 weeks. To one, I added a FR bank account and the other a Belgium bank account. Then, both received $99 sale, the one with Belgium bank account got limited 5h after receiving the amount.

Sounds like you dealt with some unreliable sellers. Not too surprising considering you dealt with sellers on the dark net.
Note that paypal accounts today (at least in the US) do NOT have the ability to send payments unless they are SSN+DOB verified - which is not something youll find on this forum.

You need to talk to that seller to help you.

And yes the forum's sellers are all vetted to make sure they provide the best service and accounts .

As far as proxies, it's important to get a good provider like IPburger .

This way you don't get stuck with a bad IP that's already been abused

Thanks for your fresh perspective. I didn't know that the account had to be verified SSN + DOB. Will invest in a good account from the seller from this forum.
