PayPal is crazy for this one
 

Hi guys, I got a limitation on one of my paypal accounts, they wanted ID and supplier invoice, i sent them what they wanted, after 1 day they sent me an e-mail saying that they will permanently suspend my account but after this e-mail I got another one (after 2 hours) saying that my account is partially limited and that they wanted some other info from me to unlock the account, but when I log in into the account it says that is permanently suspended and they don't answer back to me..

Why they told me that the account is permanently suspended and after 2 hours they told me that now is partially limited and that they wanted some other info from me to unlock the account?!? I don't understand.. the account is still permanently suspended even after they told me that they lifted some limitations. lol

paypal has tons of errors, if the account says suspended and the original email says suspended, then its likely permanently suspended

very very few reps would be willing to help you with this, since they would just point to the permanent limitation and say there is nothing they could do about it

your best bet now is just to open a new account

Yes but why they sent me another email saying that the account is partially suspended after they told me via mail that they will suspend the account permanently.

Well, what happens if you login? Does it show "temporarily"?

Most likely it's gone for good.
Just login and confirm that.

This is their typically operation, asking for ID and docs then suspend the account

Simple way to check it:
login to the paypal account, if you see a message similar to "You can't use Paypal anymore", then its done, you are permanently banned.

Sorry to read this...
But yeah it's over.
After up to 180 days, you can take your money out if you left any...
Just move to next account, good luck ;-)
