Sending documents asap?

Hi guys, do you think that it makes some difference uploading the documents to PayPal after a couple of weeks rather than let's say 1,2 days? Or it does not change the decision they make to unlock the account or suspend it permanently. (I mean when they limit your account and ask for documents).

If refund/withdrawal functions are not limited, try to make balance as low as possible. That makes difference.
