Paypal permanent limited after 1st sale
 

my setup:
1. new vmware workstation
2. firefox install inside the vmware
3. brand new gmail , vcc , phone number, address, i did not add the bank account yet
4. verizon dong for ip
5. setup business paypal account first and then link it to my new shopify store

i created the business paypal account on 09/02/2020 and link it to my brand new shopify shop in the same day. I got a sale today 09/05/2020 for 25$, after 5 hours , paypal permanent limited my account with the message "After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal."

What step did i do wrong and causing the limit? I'm not selling digital product

Y should they limit you, or is it bcoz it isn't verified by them???

Well. I dont really know. Maybe the firefox leaking information because i hadnt disable anything on the firefox. But its on a vmware. Maybe they can detect the machine

Doubtful.
More than likely has to do with the item sold. Digital goods are no the only high risk items as Im sure you know.
What was it you sold?

my shopify shop selling handmade clothes, i don't think its bad register reason because some of my other paypal accounts which settled up the same way still up and running after few sales.
