paypal keeping my money after acct limatation

my paypal was limited 6 months ago for acceptable use policy. i log in today and they withdrew 7600.00 to their acct for misuse of acceptable policy. my question can they legally keep your money?

Short answer yes, long answer. It's in the AUP for them to scam you. Never feel bad about paypal getting ripped off.

What kind of items were being sold?

Yeah that's an illegal item, it's a loss :( They even did that to some CBD i sold once.

You forgot an account with 6k in it? Dude, you rollin in it then. ****, i'd be all over that counting down the days. I am crazy and withdraw anything over 1k if i have the means to do so or can add a card.
