Paypal Limit - For Transfering Funds
 

I have an account on Paypal and the Bank, Email and Numbers are verified..

But, I want to transfer funds from Bank to my Paypal Account..

Is their anyone who can transfer me just 0.01$ i.e. (1 Cents to my account) in paypal...

I am unable to get the option of "Transfer Funds" in my Paypal account as their is NO Amount in it.
And I want to transfer funds from My Bank account to the Paypal Account..

So, if I get the 1 Cent in the account, that can give me a starter to do the job. or if their is anyother way out for it.. Please let me know that too..

I need your guys urgent help in this matter..

You'd need to upgrade to a cash account in order to carry a balance. Have you done that?

I dont have a cash account and netither that option comes in as I do not have any balance in the paypal account

If I recall,you need your SSN and address and DOB to open a cash account?

All these need to be entered Compulsory when making it a Cash Account..
and without the cash account, their can not be a transfer or what..?

I think in order to upgrade I need some amount in it..

So, can you do it 0.01$ to my account if possible

This is correct. You can't carry a spendable balance on USA Paypals anymore without SSN verifying the account.

I can't send you a penny because I don't want to be linked to your account. That would be a very suspicious transaction.

What you can do is this:
- go to make a purchase
- choose Paypal as the payment method
- tell Paypal to use your bank account as the funding source
- the payment comes out of your bank account without ever entering your Paypal balance.

Can you tell me a way out of it or explain it to me with the help of screenshots..

It would have been more easy for me if you could just send me that 1 cent..

Not many people are gonna send a sketchy person a penny. No one wants to be linked to your account with a penny F&F transfer.

what good is tranferring fund from your bank account to your PAYPAL account?
Without a cash account,you cannot send or spend your Paypal balance?
You can receive fund in your Paypal account and then transfer it to your bank account,thats all you can do

Yes, Now I need that cash account so that I can get amount into my paypal (from the attached Bank Account) and use it for online purposes.. \

I dont think you understand how Paypal works.
if someone gives you 1 cent,and you are able to transfer fund from bank to paypal,without opening a cash account,you cant spend that money in your paypal account.

Just clear me this..
1) I can Only a Cash account, if their is some money in my account.. right or wrong..

2) Secondly, In order to get that started I at least a 1 cent in it, so that I can do the transfer..

3) If, their is any other alternative to it; guide me over here and that can help me out more.. like screenshots or something

Cash account is done with SSN verification otherwise you can withdraw only to bank account. You said you have a bank attached - what bank?

I am getting more confused like this...
can you explain to me properly..

I have attached AMEX account to it.. and it is confirmed...

tell me a way i can trasfer from AMEX to this paypal account

OP believes the reason why he cant transfer fund from his bank account to his Paypal account is duet to the fact there is no money in his Paypal account,so he is asking us t o send him 1 penny?
Most folks open a Paypal account with zero balance,there is no other way,so I dont understand why he thinks he needs 1 penny?
OP-did you link a credit card to your Paypal account?Paypal likes that.
Are you really in the US?

HE IS Not asking how to transfer from Paypal to bank,he wants to transfer fund from bank to Paypal account ?
He does not see the option of doing so?
I WOULD suggest linking a credit card to his Paypal account,then his address is confirmed

Yes, for that...

I have opeend a US Paypal Account and the Bank AMEX is confirmed with it and yes my IP Address also when I connect with Paypal is from USA ISP...

so, now can you help me and a tell a way out.. with screenshots too can help me in a lot

link a credit card and see what happens.
there is no screen shot,most of us have PAYPAL account set up already.
i suggest if you keep running into problem,go to Paypal forum and ask

I dont have a credit card yet in it.. that is not possible for now..

plus, to transfer funds one needs cash account.. right.. and that can only come if their is money in it...
so, can u just do that cent for me..

to open a cash account,you need your social security number,date of birth,physical address.

if you dont have a cash account,you cant spend the money you transferred from bank to your paypal account,so why even bother to show you the screen?
see if you can open a cash account,you said you haev SSN and address etc.

I managed to make it today the Balance account..
but, I did not get why it turned it into a cash plus account rather than cash account only..


And when I click for "Add FUNDs" it shows as:

And if I only want the Paypal Cash Account and not the Paypal Cash Plus Account, then what should I do ..?

And what are the major differences between the 2
