SupplierContact&Invoices Question

Hello, I have a limited paypal account and recently i sent paypal some stuff. The status says "in progress". What does that mean? It has been like that for days already. Also, for suppliers, does paypal actually check the places? I just wanna put some ⊗⊗⊗⊗ supplier stuff. Thanks

When that happened to me they did not do any actual checking on my Suppliers. But I'm not sure if that is always the case.

They have started to call all suppliers.
