How do I withdraw my money from outside the US?

I want to buy an eBay Stealth account but as you may see i am not in the US. Payooner won't work with eBay and i don't really have a way to make a bank account in the US. What should i do ?

One option would be to avoid using the US option for account and go for account types you can withdraw from - just an option to consider

Avoid US PayPal accounts. They have effectively prevented any way for anyone who is not a US citizen with a US bank account (which requires a US SSN number) to do business in the US.

Hello, if i buy UK paypal account based + ebay what are my options to withdraw the money ? Sorry but i have no idea , please help me
