Paypal and Mobile Data IP
 

How precise would paypal be able to link a mobile data IP on a complete new phone and a main account in the same city.

Also can paypal link accounts via same passwords?

Your question came off as incomplete to me but I presume you meant to ask if PayPal can link two accounts in the same city with the same IP address on different devices.
If you log in once or so by accident, then there may be no problems because IPs are shared all the time. If you keep at it, you'd create a link even if they're on different continents.


I don't think it would make a great idea to do that. I suppose there are thousands of passwords form different users that coincide.

flight mode on, flight mode off and you have a new ip. IP Locations are always at the same place for the full country

Is the stealth guide outdated in that case? Since I received an email saying that paypal can actually link via passwords

YES, They can link via passwords. NEVER EVER use the same password.

This is a fact, proven and actually tested personally.

While it maybe possible... my understanding is that with the way its all encrypted means PayPal don’t ever actually know the password themselves which would make it not possible for the accounts to be linked via password

I have like 12 or 13 they are all with the same password and more than 2 years old so dont worry for the password the ip olso is not the problem for the paypall just not use the same device that is all.

Interesting difference in view - I have never experimented with this nor do I find it necessary when it's easy to make different passwords and keep track of them

ALL my accounts in all my stealth history have the same password. ALL of them since 2013.

You are not taking into account for the bots, who knows what they have access to or what their algorithms are set to.

IMO, better safe than sorry, and why chance it?

I once used same device but under incognito and nord vpn. Any experience with this?

Nord VPN is not a good source of IP for stealth account operation - much better IP sources exist
