Paypal Took my 4k in Limited PP Due to Policy Violation
 

This is the first time I got into a problem like this in a limited Paypal. They took all of my balance for a total of 4000 dollars to pay to Paypal as they stated for User Policy Violations. It is something new that Paypal trying to get your money now. What should I do? They account now remain permanently limited but with the zero balance as they took all of my fund. I have limited Paypal before but shoud be able to withdraw the fund after 180 days. It is only 4 months into the limitation. Please help

you have violated their policy,money would not be refunded.

What kind of violation? They don't even send email stating it. Just take my money. This is like robbing my hard working money
