Is my new paypal completely toasted?
 

Hi guys

So I created a new paypal stealth account with ip burger residential Ip

and I noticed that it says we cannot link your bank account at this time when I try to put in routing and account number.

Sorry, we can't link your bank account right now

I heard this was a bad ip problem, so I tried changing residential ip's and this keeps happening even on day 2.

Is this paypal account toasted now and not even worth working with?

It can happen if any type of security measure was triggered. You adding a bank immediately on the acct might have done that.
You can wait a few days before adding the bank account.
You can try using the automated phone system to add the bank account.
Never rush things with ebay and paypal. It will always backfire.

ohh shii, did not know this. I always thought adding vcc and bank on paypal right away would pose no problem.

So should i ditch all account info, paypal, ebay , gmail etc username on computer, ip etc? and start over?

You could.
Or you can give it a few days and try again.
As I mentioned above you can also try the automated phone system to add it - they used to have that option in the past (not sure if they still do but couldn't hurt to look into it and try).
