how well does paypal link accounts together?
 

im considering making a brand new stealth account for 1 time use.
I want to get this stealth account sent $300 from the USA to my countries paypal which is a small country and paypal is less strict in terms of security.

Basically, after this money is sent, I want to transfer it to my main (same country) via goods and services. Keep in mind itll be the only transaction on the account

Then i want the loaner to chargeback the money because I dont want to scam them.

QUESTION: Will paypal limit the stealth account along with my main for being linked or will they not know?

p.s Stealth account will be on mobile data, new reset phone with a new number and random name


other question:
- are there different flag levels -paypals detection system is more cautious on certain accounts

Unless you stealth US paypal is a cash account (i.e. verified with SSN), you won't be able to send money to your other pp - just saying

stealth will be an account in my country with no verified id as my country doesnt require this for soem reason

Ah alright - I was confused by your mentioning of USA.

Your country - based on flag - is Australia so no SSN needed there.

Now...if you are telling the "loaner" to do a chargeback, it is very possible that PP will not only limit the account that received the money but also trace it to the transferred account of yours and cause issues for that too.

how bout generally speaking, paypaling linking accounts usually fast or could it happen after a year etc

Generally speaking, it's hard to predict with PP. Quite likely, both accounts are going to be limited fast because PP hates the chargeback thing - it'll definitely flag the account that received the money.

The system will trace where the money went and expect that other account to get limited at least...a positive outcome might be feasible if the account that you transferred the money to has a long good history.

If I understand what you said,you want to set up a stealth account and sends $300 to one of your accounts in your own country?
the $300 comes from a loaner?
would this be friend and family OR goods and services?
Cross country F & F is not available in all countries,so check first.
Your flag said AU but you said you are from a small country,AUSTRALIA is not a small country.
Second,if sent as goods and services payment,Paypal will withhold the payment until you prove delivery?
can you provide tracking?

Im not from austrailia, i dont know why its aus flag. Im in NZ. The payment would be goods and services thru all transfers. And yes, the 300 would come from a loaner. Id then ask the loaner to chargeback after i have transfered the money to my main via gns

after you transferred the $300 into your NZ account,you are asking the loaner to do a chargeback,so who is going to refund him?
