PayPal doesn't release my funds after 180 days + a question
I have had numerous limited accounts and have successfully added bank accounts to all of them AFTER the 180 day period and withdrew from them.
However on the most recent one, PayPal support says I still need to upload documents and verify my identity in order to withdraw, despite the 180 days being over
What do to in this situation without me uploading any information? I already dm'ed paypal on twitter in hopes of getting a competent support agent who solves my issue (talking to agents until one does the job always worked for me on ebay)

a side question: the account's name is VERY close to my mother's name
i always make my stealth accounts like this, in case they get limited and I can't get the money out
in this case, could I actually submit my mother's real ID, despite the names mismatching by 1-2 letters? (no I already did the name-change once) |
