my paypal was limited, with my wife's one, both were legit running business but for long time, don't think this is the issue, I login many times from many different IP addresses because my IP is dynamic, this maybe the issue but this is a stupid reason to lose two legit accounts !

I can't contact them, no chat no phone calls, is there any hope to get my account back?

it gone and also never use multiple ip unless they are from same isp

also middle east is consider risk for paypal

make a new stealth :/ or someone in your family name

First sorry for what happened.
Now those accounts are already gone. The only hope you have is to try again few weeks later from browser storing the cookies and most regular IP you've used for logging in. It's better do NOT use dynamic IP's ex. Vodafone Mobile date. Use your router IP to create and maintain your account. Anyway i advice you to make stealth account from outside Egypt, ex. US or UK. I can help you regrading that too. Good luck

From what theyre saying there is no option to appeal this so it looks like the acct is gone for good with no options available to get it back.

if u r talking about creating a new account and maintaining it from getting banned like old ones, I can take care about that no problem

creating stealth accounts for US or UK isn't a good idea, after 2k usd they ask for documents so they r worthless at all

my issue here is to get these paypal suspended accounts back, but it seems this will never happen :(

This is absolutely has nothing to do with multiple IPs login etc . when suspicious login attempt AFS limit account access features not prohibit the account itself from using the platform . this is most likely Fraud related issue

Please dear everyone , I need your help. I am new to this grouop and don't know how to write a new post . My problem is with paypal limitations . I am an Armenian which is paypal not supported, - half supported. I opened paypal in Georgia , neighbouring country, after using is for 1.5 years it asks for identity verification
