Cannot withdraw from PayPal After 180 Days
 

Hi everyone,

I could do with some help please! The 180 day ban on my PayPal is up, however when I go to withdraw, I get this message:

"You can't use PayPal anymore
At PayPal, we value a safer community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement, and therefore we can no longer offer you PayPal services."

Anyone had any experience with this?

Or can anyone offer any solutions to get my money out?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. No I have not had an email saying I can withdraw: however the 180 days is up from when the account initially went down. I just assumed I could withdraw after the 180 days was up. Am I wrong to think that?

When was the 180 days "officially" up as per your calculations (estimation)?

Same issue here. They are asking me to send different proof of id as the previous one got rejected. It's a stealth account so not sure if different ID will make a difference

Hi,

Roughly about 20 days ago. I made of a note of when the account went down, added on 180 days (25 weeks plus 5 days), and still have not had the email saying the money is available.

Is the 180 days definite? Or is it a rough estimate from paypal?

I email PayPal, and they reply with an automated message explaining how to add a bank account and withdraw money: this back and forth with PayPal has been going on for weeks. And as you can imagine: is extremely frustrating.

Just call them and it will be fix very very fast.

Hopefully so - @chickendinner, it's definite but if it was only 20 days ago...could just be the delay of the system to "catch up" with the time. You could try the call

were you able to see your money in your account?
If it is AUP violation,you may not get the money back

I will try and call, I have called previously: however I was on hold for 30 minutes and could not get through!

Yes the money is still showing. Excuse my ignorance, what is an AUP Violation?

I have same problem after 180 days, cannot add visa card to withdraw because of paypal error card declined, now only way out is let them send money to other paypal account. Looks like it is getting harder to get money out of 180 days limited paypal accounts.
