Negative balances

If my account goes into a negative balance. Can paypal reverse puchases ive made on it?

It's unlikely they're going to steal money from some other merchant to cover your deficit.

They'll try to get that from your bank account.
Then the next step is collection agency.

no they wont reverse just your info will be passed to debt collector
