Stealth PayPal Limited
 

So I decided to make a stealth paypal using the info from here and got limited again :rip:

It is my fault as I'm pretty sure the reason for limitation was for either listing too many items at once, or for listing high value electronics.

Now they are asking for ID (which has been provided), detailed descriptions of 6 items (which have been provided), tracking info for 3 items (provided), and receipts for 6 items (not provided).

What threw me off was that the receipts had to match the name of the PayPal account, which they definitely do not. I told paypal support that i purchased items from private sellers in hopes that they could exempt me from this requirement which did not work. They then asked me to ask the private sellers for the receipts. The problem is I can only do that for 4 of the items in question, all iPads. However, 2 of the items I cannot get a receipt for... an $11 starbucks giftcard and some cheap cologne from Bath and Bodyworks.

Has anyone here had success using a doctored receipt?

Also, I've been reading that they will most likely ban my account again anyway.. which is unfortunate as I've followed all the rules to a tee this time. Are my efforts fruitless? lol

I hope I dont have to wait 6 months for them to release my money.

As far as customer service goes I was shipping everything on time and making sure everyone was happy.

Clearly I did something wrong with paypal though, I'm assuming that was listing too many high value items, which is also where I probably went wrong with using the stealth account. Aside from that I really didn't do anything wrong though.

You're correct about why you got limited and that is also the reason that your very unlikely to have your account reinstated even if you provide them with everything they're asking for. They're already written you off as a high risk account.

Yes people have gotten by with doctored receipts/invoices on all of the major platforms (eBay, Paypal, and Amazon namely) but I honestly doubt it would work for your account. Even if your docs were 100% legitimate you probably wouldn't be able to salvage this account.

If/when you try again, you've really got to take it slower at first or this will keep happening to your accounts. You have to build trust or this system doesn't work. For at least the first 2 months or so you need to be showing gradual growth.. so it looks like you're a real seller expanding as money comes in.

I guess I'll just say goodbye to this account then. Thankfully I have another stealth ready to go. Will definitely build this one up slower.

Once I submit all documents will they let me withdraw the money? Or will that be a mandatory 180 day hold?

You'll probably have to wait the full 180, and then hope you can get your money afterwards.

Lately there have been a ton of people on here who had their account limited, waited 6 months to withdraw, and then learned that Paypal sent their entire balance to themselves with "AUP violations" as the reason.

I hope not,he is selling giftcard and cheap cologne and used Ipads.

that should be good enough,ipads are higher risk than cheap cologne.just tell them the truth

I'm going to send the receipt in as soon as I get it. Hopefully later today. Hoping for the best, prepared for the worst.
