paypal limited, ebay still good, can I use a new paypal for the ebay account?
 

My paypal account was just limited. I have two ebay IDs were using this paypal to receive money, they are still good now. I remember I chose this limited paypal to pay the ebay fees in the first listing for these two ebay accounts. I'm not sure if these two ebay accounts have been linked to the limited paypal in this case. And I'm wondering if I still can use these two ebay accounts with a new paypal. Is there any problem here?

Your eBay accounts ARE linked to your dead Paypal.
If you try to use these 2 eBay accounts with a different Paypal the odds are VERY HIGH that it will be limited also.

I have had similar experience few weeks ago. eBay suspended my account not long after they found out that my paypal account was limited. I wouldn't suggest you to link a new paypal account but I would suggest you to remove that paypal account from your ebay account in bid to save your ebay account from gettting suspended. I am not sure if this is going to work but it is worth giving it a go. Once you removed the paypal account, leave those ebay account alone for awhile, try not to link a new paypal account or list any item for sale. Move on and make more stealth account so that you can continue selling.
