withdrawing money from UK suspended paypal
 

Hello.

Im wording if anyone could help, or point me in the right direction with this.

I have a suspended stealth Paypal account. I have passed my 180 day period as I was suspended on February the 14th. I believe I has suspended when I submitted the passport for identification

After speaking with them, they have said that I need a birth cifitifate or driving licence to release my funds. But i'm worried the same issue will happen again?

Then, if it does happen again, what happens then?

I have all the details regarding the account, personal, email and linked card etc.

Is this my only option or is there an alternative?

Can anyone supply me with these documents?

Or would someone want to buy the account off me?

Any help would be appreciated! Are they allowed to do this?

I assume this is a stealth account. Just provide what they're asking for.
You should obtain it from the same source you got the one you submitted.

I don't think anyone will buy it off you. Members are dealing with a similar situation.

Sounds like they feel the initial ID you submitted is dodgy so want to see whether you have a birth certificate and drivers licence that match up to the passport.

Same issue here. I have provided birth certificate, passport and ID but still dont have access to my money. Could somebody advise?

Use live chat and ask them to send you a link to attach the doc's to and submit them.

This works 100% for me everytime. Go to ebay homepage.

1) Help and contact at the top of page.

2) scroll to selling

3) scroll to seller performance - choose, seller level and performance.

Live chat at the bottom.

PayPal does not offer live chat, but i have been transfered to them through ebay live chat. Depends on the issue.

what you think if i trasnsfer another PP acc minimal amount this bad idea? another paypal no limited or suspended ? anyone has experience ?

Don't think you can safely do the transfer to another PP - I have never even tried this because of implied linking as one principle...

you cant transfer to another pp it's withdraw only- paypal uk is available via telephone i got through last week
