Problem with paypal limited account after 180 days cannot withdraw money!
Cannot add visa card to withdraw money because of error There’s a problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly., and when I sent paypal customer support messages then only answers I am getting is automatic answers by robot that my account has been permanently limited and I can withdraw money after 180 days! What to do next?? |

That means: You got banned forever and PayPal checked your provided Card Info and found some mismatch regarding your submitted personal info such as ID, Bank, Card, Utility-Bill |

if you do not have a bank account already linked ,before suspension,it would be hard to try linking a new bank account now,since 180 days have past,
you need to contact Paypal.
is your VISA card a bank debit card? |

| visa virtual credit card, tried to also add bank account but still same error message
there are no response to messages from paypal side
no bank account attached to the account
I just dont know what to do, never had this before
last week already made complaint to Financial ombudsman, just made a complaint to FTC also! |

since 180 days have past,they want to sure you are the legit owner of the Paypal account ,can you send the money to another account? |

| could but if noone from paypal customer support replies it is not possible
with limited account not possible to send money to other paypal account
I even made a complaint against paypal through messages and got same automated response that my account will be limited for 180 days before I can withdraw money
this is kind of strange, looks like some kind of block on this account from paypal side!!:s |

| I have an account or two like that. It sucks, this is why i always make sure i have a withdrawal method on file or don't leave much in there.
this reminded me to check it, i had sent 50x emails. seems they lifted it, but i also too didn't have a card/bank on file. Good thing, i had planned for that already

got the money with help of that e-mail address!
all good now
at least know what to do in the future if same thing happens again ...
and paypal resoponded so fast to e-mails to that e-mail directly |

| This is what they told me to do (early this year)
As I couldn't add a bank etc to withdraw
Albeit the account I sent the money to (still mine) was in a dif name etc...alas, I did have to ring them in order to do this

| I did the same thing actually. Had to set up stealth paypal account with new name, new phone number, other used laptop and other IP address. |

how did you manage to transfer the money? Did you call Paypal or just email that address?
I have the same issue. The bank account linked to the limited pp is no longer in use and I need to add another bank account but the pp system doesnt let me.. |
