PayPay Limited. Can I used a different CC on another person's account?
 

I had my PayPal limited many years ago. Its pretty much useless. I have a new credit card that is under my name and the same address as the limited paypal account. This card was never under the limited paypal account.

Can I use this card on another family members paypal account that lives at a different address? I don't want their account to be banned.

No you cannot. You wont be able to add it to that account because it will fail the AVS rest - Address Verification System.

As far as I know, if it is different from the address of a family member it will not be added.

Moreover, your relative's account will be in trouble when the card owner is not the same name as the owner of that account.

avs will fail as others say drain thiss idea now or you'll find yourself limited on MANY accounts

You can not do that. You may buy a new prepaid card then you can use it with your family account

Hello Folks,
I'm on the same boat. I've got permanently limited paypal and now my ebay is fine.
I really want to continue working on my ebay so I went to bank and ordered debit card on different name just to create new PP. I'm planning not to link it to ebay just to put the new PP information in the payment policy.
What is your opinion on that?

While not this is not stealth done well, adding a new PP has worked (and numerous posts on the forum about this). Never know when it can go down though as well

My plans are to receive at least one payment though old EB to new PP and wait to see if something happened in the near days. If nothing happened I'll won't leave any money to PP. Hopefully by this time my Suspended PP get restored and continue working with it.
Also is it better to change EB data so it matches the new PP data or this doesn't help?
