Opened new account, needed last 4 of SSN. Doomed?

I was limited 5 or so years ago. Made a new account today with a new address, phone number etc. I wanted to use the new acct for paypal key, but upon doing so it asked for my dob and last 4 ssn. My old limited acct had that info.

I'm not looking to sell anything. Just use the account for purchaes. Am I doomed?
