Paypal linked my stealth account to suspended account by name only????
 

I have multiple suspended paypal accounts. I just recently got a new phone and installed paypal and made an account. New phone number, new address, the only thing that matched with any of my other accounts is the name. How the **** did they link the accounts? I know it wasn't smart of me to use the name that has been used with a suspended account, but I would assume they need more than just a name to link accounts? They couldn't have tracked ip since it was a new phone. The email address i used to sign up for the account was similar to one of my accounts that had been banned. Could this have been it?

it wasn't instantly, it waas about 2 or 3 days after the account was created. didn't even do anything on the account or even login.

most of my accounts were banned for being linked to a limited account, but i believe my first limitation was because of a chargeback matter.
