I'm new one here for asking help about paypal technology question.
There has one email that paypal login notification when I use 3389 port connect to my VPS to create or link card. I didn't change any setting about my computer. So my question is why this happened? and how to avoid this. Does this is not kindly to paypal?
So appreciate if someone could help me solve this ^_^

Keep it simple and basic and you'll have much less trouble.
If you need to use a USA account, you can get IP from IPBurger .
other than that, a new windows user account solves a lot
