PayPal asks for proof of shipping but not mention which tranx
 

Hi everyone, Recently paypal limited my account and asking me to "Submit proof of shipping or delivery of items to buyer"

When I click resolve, it does not specify which transaction but I am assuming they are asking for the items I sold that haven't shipped yet when they limited the account.

Also, Id like to ask because my paypal account is from "PHILIPPINES" and I sold my items on "eBay USA" I wonder how can I provide the supplier and receipt with this country conflict or can someone recommend anyone who has the same experience with this situation? Thank you
