my real ip is from Hong Kong, and I try to create canada and germany , singapore pp, now it block immediately, just like ebay, it seems that paypal doing same thing like ebay using javascript port scan?

I have used residential proxy, and also tried ipburger residential IP

I create HK paypal without problem
