Hey gang,

Having a bit of a nightmare with PayPal. I have £1200 in there, it went down in March 2020, so the 180 days is up. I have a bank account attached, however I cannot withdraw the money. They have made me jump through lots of hoops:

-Driving License
-Passport
-Utility Bill

The account is stealth, so details not real. They said they cannot verify the account, and they are now asking for National ID (front and back)

Any advice? This has been going on for weeks, and would love to just end this chapter and get the money. Thanks in advance

well i can confirm they can not confirm ANYTHING, ive had a stealth account passed after a long time.
They keep saying they cant verify the docs, short story, they cant verify ****. They have no power or any kind of authorisation.
Infact, DVLA were laughing when i asked them if paypal have the power to verify driving licence.

Just create the docs, but dont use ones online, they compare docs against them.

use fiver.com if you cant make them yourself.
Just make a gig and inform them of the details you want and state its for a project or something.
also you can use freelancer

Thanks for the detailed reply, this has given me some hope. I have uploaded a driving license, passport and utility bill. They are asking now for a National Id. I will try and source one and let you know how I get on. Wish me luck!
