Hi Peeps

I use Paypal for lot of years and today when i have login on my account i got this message:

You can no longer use PayPal
After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it.

As a result, we can no longer offer PayPal services to you.

Any bank or credit card information that's linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be added to another account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can't send or receive payments.

If you have funds in your PayPal balance, it will be held for up to 180 days. After that, we'll email you with information on how to access your funds..


And i have money on it, please kindly help me, how to contact them, do you think it is possible to unlock it ? can somebody help me please

There's nothing to do at this time. You'd have to wait 180 days from the day of you received the notification.
Do you have any idea why you might have been permanently limited?

That why I have moved my customer charges to local credit card operator.
PayPal can just in one day to kill your Business with no any reason.

Unfortunately, in most paypall cases you will need to wait the full duration and then withdraw the funds.


its time to turn to stealth and spread payments to minimize risk

will they send an email saying that "funds are eligible for withdrawal" or something like that?

Really i don't have any idea why it has been permanently limited, i sell web hosting package and yesterday i have added an additional email on my account with the mail of my website, and after a few hours it got limited :(

My business is freeze now, i lost everything, and 180 days is a lot for me :(

They will not unlock it. You have to wait 180 days to withdraw your funds. Just go create new stealth account.

if i create a stealth paypal, i will be able to transfer the money to my credit card ? or bank account ?

Both,

1. Any bank account which was not linked to any PP. (both same country which accepts mismatched names)
2. There are cards which works with PP to transfer PP balance directly to that card.

Also transfer any funds available every day do not leave any money in there, they are not a bank you have no protection
