Stealth paypal - Will it work without a bank account (but new card, with same name)?
 

One of the bank I'm using have VCC (which can renewed & topped up within the bank).
Never tried receiving money, but I did receive one when I got a rejected purchase order (it went in, took like 2 weeks though).

So here I am since my paypal just got limited 2 days ago-

1)I plan to make a new paypal, with a random info (will write them), new phone number, and new VCC (aka name mismatch).

Will this be fine, if I want to withdraw only?

2) I plan to make 2 stealth paypals (1 to receive and withdraw, 1 for payments).
For withdraw, as mentioned above, will be name mismatch.

But for payment, I plan to omit full name (only using first name).
I already had 1 paypal under my full name limited though, which had all my infos.

And also another paypal with -$200 balance, which I think has been closed by Paypal now (lol). I can't log back into it.

If I were to receive money on the "payment stealth paypal" to pay for things (balance to balance), will it be a bad idea?

Its just me being stingy because of conversion (if I withdraw first then pay again, as my currency is not USD) lol

a PP acc is stronger when you verify and confirm with both VCC and Bank acc.
Not to mention you need the bank account to withdraw.

Other than that, it's important you master the basics by reading the stealth guide.

Oh, bank acc is needed to withdraw? I had forgotten since my recently limited one was about a year ago lol

Hmmm.. Alright, I will see what I can do then.
