Withdrawing money from Paypal account after 180 days
 

I bought a Paypal account on one of the sites, the account is registered in the USA and a bank account is linked, but this is not my account.
I am located in another country and do not have a bank account in the USA.
- When 180 days have passed, can I transfer money to another Paypal account?
- Or can I only withdraw money to a bank account?
- I do not have a bank account in the USA and the data in my Paypal account is not mine, how can I withdraw money after 180 days?

Will i be able to withdraw money in 180 days if i don't have an account in the usa?

You can only withdraw to bank account
You can’t send to another paypal account or make purchases etc. only withdrawal to a bank account.
Once the 180 day period has passed you should get an email that your funds are eligible for withdrawal if not you should contact them to get them released.

Without giving Paypal a legit social security number ,you can only transfer the fund to a US bank account or ask them to mail you a bank check to the address you registered with Paypal.
if you feel comfortable asking a check to be mailed to that address,then you need to have the check(s) cashed or deposited to either a US bank account or your local bank account.
You need to learn all these before you bought this stealth account and start collecting payments.
what bank account is now linked to your stealth account now?

you do have a bank account linked,it comes with the Paypal account you bought,so did you ask the seller what kind of bank account and whose name>

I am not from the USA and I do not have the opportunity to open a bank account in the USA, do I have to negotiate with someone to attach their bank account?
What other options are there?
