Is there any chance to restore this stealth PP account?
 

Hi,

I have a stealth Paypal account,it got limited just 1 day after created and once i got the first payment . I'm selling digital services.

Paypal is asking for:

1-Photo id

2-business info

3-purchase receipt from seller

4- proof of fulfillment


There is a guy who can provide all mentioned documents for 100$ for me,but i'm not sure what is the chance of success to unlimit the account to risk it for 100$ or not.

Has anyone any experience with that?

PayPal is so easy to make, why bother when you can make a ton more?

I wouldn't bother. Your chances are less than slim.
Just create a new acct - and selling those items expect to be running into a LOT of issues.

it depends how much do you have on the acc. also make sure before doing any business with anyone apart from the account services section that you might risk your payment and not get what they promised. since it's just one sale and a small one i guess it's not worth from my point of view.

OP mentioned one single payment. I highly doubt anyone would be stupid enough to get a large amount the first time he received a payment on a new acct (remember the acct is only 1 day old).
And if the amount IS large just refund it and cancel the transaction.

Because i have already about 200$ stuck there,and the service provider claims that you have 80% chance to pass this step successfully with the documents he provides. Is the chance really slim ?

And another question,in case my documents get rejected by Paypal,will they release the fund after 180 days ?

You'll get your money after 180d unless they mention AUP.

You need to invest money to get working accounts so take a punt. I did when I first started stealth.

They should release the funds in general - unless you have violated their terms and conditions with your sales (numerous examples exist where funds are being held in this circumstance)

I provided all 4 documents and the limit is removed now.
