PP asking for SSN over the phone, but account was a Stealth one and SSN is lost
 
PP said that without last 4 digits of the SSN, they won't provide access to the account to be able to withdraw the funds.

What are the options in this case?

you can actually withdraw the funds by attaching a bank account.

Thanks for the follow up, but PP is not allowing me to login unless I provide them with the last 4 digits of the SSN

I think if you phone them up keep all your details at hand in case they ask questions then give them a new number then they will change it for you

Generally true - likely koolio does not have the last SSN digits...
