My account has been blocked for 180 days
1.Can I add a real bank account after 180 days?
I heard that the system sometimes gives an error when adding another bank after 180 days.
2. I heard that the system asks for confirmation by phone number, can I receive an SMS and confirm my Google Voice number?

I’ve had an 180 day hold after that period i was able to link a new bank account. You might be asked for an sms for verification upon log in.

Did I understand correctly that you had someone else's account with someone else's bank account, and after 180 days, you added your real bank account and withdrew money?

There are mix experiences by members here, but more likely you can attach a bank account. Ideally if you already have account attached then leave it as it is. 6 months fly by now a days.

I have a linked bank account, but this is someone else's I cannot use.

after 6 months of being dormant,Paypal would ask you to verify yourself so they know you are the owner of the account

1. Maybe... you can only try. I heard of a lot of people who couldn't.
2. Nope, get a new phone. they are cheap.

Another option is to check our marketplace and see if there's a phone service you can use.

2.Why can't I receive SMS in Google Voice?
the account was originally registered to this Google Voice number, I have access to it, I have already received confirmation codes for this number earlier.

I have been trying for 4 weeks to withdraw £340 the 180 days finished on 28 January...there is 3 limitations on the account & PayPal are being awkward by not accepting birth certificate & the bank statement showing the last 4 numbers. It seems another limitation has been placed triggering another 180 days...when ever I called Dublin call centre in the past I had no problem however when you call the phillipines I have no help?

you refund to customer, contact with customer for send you money to other account paypal..is more easy this form..sorry my poor english

I have withdrawn money from my accounts a couple of times, which were also frozen for 180 days. Another account is currently in the process of withdrawing. It's easy to do, you just need to know where and what to write.

That's good experience but forum tends to be english-oriented :)

My account got limited, and its been 180 days already. I still cannot withdraw funds. When i login into my paypal account and sent a message to them, i get some automated reply which says my account is limited and i cant use paypal anymore (i didnt even ask them that, why are they telling me this) I am from Europe, so call center is closed. What can i do to get my funds unlocked and withdrawn to my credit card? (its already linked to the account)
I wrote to paypal support on twitter, they said they will look into it. Its been 3 weeks since they replied and nothing happened.

@Trullix. To my knowledge You can't withdraw funds to a credit card on PayPal, unless you have already withdrawn to this card before? Try adding a Bank Account and withdrawing that way.
- It's pointless messaging PayPal after limitation in my experience.
