Stealth PayPal with LLC
 

Hey, I've had 2 accounts now permanently limited on PayPal, and I'm looking for alternatives, it turned out that my sister has a 3 year old personal PayPal account, Can I use her account as stealth account and later can I transform it into a business account with LLC documents which right now I'm applying for? Would that work?

Could it be possible that her account is linked to yours already? Any possibllity that there has be some linking via (example) computer use, IP overlap, etc?

For computers or IP, I don't think so because I've never logged into her account and I told her to manage the account in the meantime, the only possible linkage is probably the ID, we have the same home address, but again, she already submitted it 3 years ago. I'm planning to buy a new phone and a new SIM card of her name to manage the account, and then transform the account into a business account after I got all my LLC all set up. Would that work?

Its a bit risky. Because chances are she logged into it using the same IP you did as the limited accounts. And as you mentioned the address is another flag. So if you have the IP flag and address flag against you, I'm sure you also have the same last name too right? I think too many red flags and too much risk personally. I'd just create a new account using your tax ID and company name and keep everything fresh.

She lives on her own 800 miles away, there's no chance of double IP or some kind, we don't have the same last name, also the only similarity is just the address.

Why not just create new stealth accounts and build them? Yes takes time but it's nice to deal with her info in general

Alright, that's one alternative to consider, but would it work if I used my sister's PayPal? it's just I've taken some time to season the account so I can transform it into a business account with LLC papers and all that

So I'm planning to create an LLC, but she will be the account owner, are they going to ask her for ID still even though it's a business account and would it be required for her to take a position in the LLC in order to be an account owner?
