Link bank account of another country
 

Can I link my real bank account from Russia to the American Paypal account? After 180 days of restriction.
I think the answer is no, but has anyone really checked this, tried to link the bank account of another country?

I dont think US paypal allows bank accounts of other countries unfortunately

Then advise where I can get a US bank account to which I can then withdraw money from a blocked Paypal account
I mean such as monzo, Revolut, transferwise, or any other that will work with Paypal

Personal payment to family and friends
 

I sell digital goods, but in order not to hold 21 days, I ask clients to make a transfer to family and friends
The question is if I abuse this Paypal can block me?
How much per month can you safely receive personal payments so as not to attract attention? If it was one client then it would not be so suspicious, but the clients are different.
