Paypal Purchase Receipt from Supplier Limitation
 

I sell used electronics on ebay,and paypal usually ask for supplier purchase receipt,i want to know how to avoid it,because i found out that it happens for sums more than 300 usd most of the time,but sometimes is very random.

The second and most important questions is,what do you guys send to paypal in that case? because i don't have any cheques or other stuff because i sell used stuff,even for new stuff i don't have any receipt from supplier. Where do you guys get them? In my practice i got limited for 180 days most of the time.
I will be very glad with some help on this matter. Especially where do you make invoices or what do you send them and other actions you perform to resolve this stupid limitations,because it affect my business so much

Whoever is selling you these used items should provide you with receipts.
If you pay by a card or bank transfer, your bank statements will substantiate any receipts you receive.

it depends,if you are selling high volumes,they will ask for vendor invoice with company title,address,your account number and a breakdown of what you bought,listed price x quantity =$$$.
if you are selling used and new items,unless they are yours ,how did you get them,no one give away new electronics free?

I buy items locally and sometimes they are old enough to not have any invoices,which is pretty ok, they are not new.
I guess your questions doesn't make any sense,i wrote here that i don't have invoices and how to proceed further with paypal,do i need to photoshop the invoices or where i can get them to bypass paypal limitation
