Paypal asking me to remove products/services and also asking me for transactions

So recently paypal sent me an email where my products and services violate PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy
and Until i resolve the violation they have temporarily limited my account. They ask me to describe some past 3 transactions happen in the past. I never had dispute on them so I am not really sure what triggered this check.

To remove the limitations you must remove these products or services from you website(s). Unless you take
action, you may also be liable for monetary damages against your account
balance, as provided in the PayPal User Agreement. You can find the complete
User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy by clicking Legal at the bottom of
any page on the PayPal website.

What I am confused about is it they also asked me to Describe the products services associated with PayPal transactions. I mean if they already know and reviewed my account then why on earth they are asking me to describe it? I mean are they not sure or did my account just randomly went into review with 3+ months old transactions. I am really confused how to solve this? I mean should i just go ahead and remove those products from my site and then do not send the transactions details because obviously or just edit the transaction details and then send it for review?! :help:

On the side note paypal is really not so "helping" during this pandemic they become even more strict in my experience.

Well you should certainly remove those items cause paypal told you to do so. That's clear and there can be no confusion about that part.
If youre not sure about what info to send in (and I assure you - you MUST send 'something' in response to that request) then contact them by phone and ask them for clarification.

Yep being creative is the way here. Already got it restored! Is there a chance that they will put it in under second review?

The account is now under their eye.

Nothing may happen but then out of nowhere, your account is zapped.

Unpredictable but shows their nasty side.

Congrats on the win :)

GB is right - sadly you are never totally immune to further scrutiny :( Hopefully you will have smooth sailing moving forward...

while you work on this, I hope you have other back up accounts you can use?
If not, start making a few now.
