Google voice or real phone number

I bought a PP account with google voice
This account is now limited to 180 days
There is a decent amount of money on the account, I'm afraid I will lose access to my account, suddenly Google voice will stop working, and paypal will ask to confirm the SMS.
I do not live in the USA and I cannot buy a real number.
What will you advice me?

After 180 days I will need to add a new bank account.
I don’t know what is the best way to do it, leave the old Google voice or a real number?

I do not have a us bank account, but I plan to negotiate with someone who can provide me with one for%
