 Will my other PayPal be okay?

Posting here because I really don't know what I should do given my situation. I have 2 PayPal accounts (1st one created in 2012, 2nd in 2018). I stopped using the 1st account a long time ago and used it sparingly for purchases and started using my 2nd account more. Just last week my 2nd PayPal got permanently limited out of the blue. I wasn't doing anything illegal or suspicious with the account (probably at most transactions were at $100 a month). I logged in with a VPN and they asked for a phone number, gave it, and then I get an email saying I can no longer do business with them because "this account was created using either fraudulent or stolen information". I used my legal middle name when creating the 2nd account because I go by that with friends and family, so i'm not sure if it is due to that + VPN.
My 1st account has my first name with practically the same info of 2nd account (address, credit card, bank acct, phone number). BUT my 2nd account has my SSN, while my first does not. I have logged into the same IP with my 1st account already but it hasn't been limited or banned yet (haven't done any transactions on it yet).
I need PayPal for some selling services like Ebay and Depop. I can't get on managed payments for either of them yet until an invite, and I'm worried my 1st account will be banned as well, so I need a PayPal. So my question is if I get an EIN for myself and use it for my 1st account if they ask for it, will it be fine, or it wouldn't matter since all my info is already in their system anyway? I have called/emailed them and they said they can't do anything for my 2nd account. I was banned because of "fraudulent or stolen information", but all my information is legal and correct, so I seriously do not know what to do. Thank you for any advice.
